My name is Craig Stearman - I am a University Relations Program Manager / Talent Engagement Lead with ASML, the world's leading provider of lithography systems for the semiconductor industry. With over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, I am dedicated to attracting and engaging the next generation of the ASML workforce by introducing and promoting the ASML brand to students attending colleges and universities across the US and creating multiple world-class programming channels for those students to partake in.

My mission is to attract and hire high quality candidates in the competitive engineering labor market, and to ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates. I develop, drive, and execute talent acquisition strategies that align with the business goals and vision of ASML. I work closely with business leaders and HR Business Partners to understand and define their talent needs. I leverage my skills in direct sourcing, employee benefits, and vendor relations to source and screen candidates, advise managers on hiring decisions, and develop offers of employment. I am passionate about technology and innovation, and I enjoy being part of a global company that drives the next generation of electronic devices.
